It was a proper fit for a short visit in Mentor with good value for the price. The suite was fantastic, but those beds are really high! If you're short, consider mentioning your height at check-in for a better room choice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Northeast, Mentor. The hotel had a lovely modern décor, and many areas were easily accessible for seniors. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, which made everything more enjoyable.

Better elevator service would be appreciated for seniors.

Had an awesome time hanging out with friends! We explored the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and enjoyed a day at Wildwater Kingdom. The staff was friendly, and it was such a great base for fun in Downtown Cleveland. Definitely a group vacation to remember!

The only downside was that the restaurant was closed for a refurb during our stay. It would have been nice to grab a quick bite or drink without needing to head out.

Housekeeping left thoughtful handwritten notes every day, which added a personal touch. The staff were friendly and really attentive, which made us feel welcomed. However, some of the beds were too high, causing difficulties for shorter members of our group. Getting in and out of them was a struggle at times. One night, I thought I heard odd noises, but it didn’t disturb us too much from sleeping. The breakfast selection could use more variety. it felt a bit lackluster during our stay. Overall, it felt like a pleasant experience amidst minor inconveniences.

Super spacious for our family, with cozy queen beds and a sofa bed! The kitchen area was clutch for snacks. Everything was clean, and the Dove soaps are a nice touch. Wish we could've stayed longer, though. Breakfast was decent, but food options could use a bit more variety.

Our Queen Suite was a total dream! It had two queen beds and a cozy sofa bed, perfect for our family of five to spread out and enjoy. Plus, the kitchenette came in handy for late-night snacks, and I was so impressed with the quality of the Dove toiletries provided!

I enjoyed a pleasant stay, with a clean and modern room. The shower pressure was amazing! Dinner at Marion's offered attentive service from Susan. For future guests, request a lighter blanket if you like cooler temps at night, as the duvet can feel heavy.
